Radix entamolaris: An anatomical challenge

Generally, mandibular first molars have one mesial and distal root but in few cases there are morphological variations where the number of roots canals may vary. Radix Entomolaris (RE) is presence of an additional lingual distally molars. Correct diagnosis important before starting with endodontic therapy these teeth to ensure successful treatment outcome.
